Become a rebel....
The time for change has come.
The word rebellion typically makes me think of something loud and chaotic, instilling change.
Insighting violence or protests, but I have realized that I have started a silent rebellion.
One that doesn't require protests or loud actions, instead quiet and thoughtful ones that ripple out.
The homemaker’s rebellion. It isn't just homemakers, it's a large movement of people wanting to rebel against the current system.
My rebellion consists of homeschooling my children, cultivating a garden, community, skills, and an unwavering commitment to the Lord.
The way I'm choosing to raise my children and influence my community, and home is rebelling against the system in place.
If you're wondering what system? Well, public schools, big Pharma, big gov., and so on.
The system no longer helps others thrive, instead indoctrinating and controlling them.
And don't get me wrong physically protesting can be good, it can bring awareness, but we need people physically bringing change.
People opting out. Paving their own way.
Last night I met with a large group of homeschoolers from our church, many had started public schooling and saw firsthand when COVID hit how little control they had over their children. How their family was at the mercy of a school system.
One mom told me she quit her job pulled her kids from school, and hasn't looked back since.
Like many other mothers, they know the time is to rebel.
In a previous newsletter, I shared about being the gatekeeper of your home as a woman. What it entails and so on, apart from that is knowing when to pull away and do something different.
Even if friends or family look in disbelief or question you, the time has come to stop waiting for change and to be the change.
As a homemaker, you have that ability. Rather you work in or outside of the home. The little changes you start making ripple out.
Our children see it. They know it.
So rebel in your home. Make the changes that will ripple out into something much bigger.
